This virtual diversity, equity, and inclusion training combines the recording of Michael Fosberg’s autobiographical one-man play Incognito with actionable tools for dialogue and change, creating a uniquely entertaining and edifying experience. The training is broken down into six Chapters, each about twenty-minutes long. Each Chapter contains a part of the play followed by a direct address from Michael with relevant DEI definitions, tools and lessons, and questions for personal reflection. There are also diagnostic tools built into the platform to help organizations better understand how the materials are being absorbed and understood.

This E-Learning platform is ideal for busy companies, schools, and organizations as it allows employees to access important content in bite-size pieces on their own time. Because this training is done individually, it is also a perfect setting for those new to DEI work, empowering participants to engage in thoughtful, yet non-intrusive ways.
